Identity & Access Management Lead Leeds | Hybrid (3 days on-site) Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits

Outsource UK is looking to recruit an experienced Identity & Access Management Lead to join a major UK enterprise undergoing the next phase of its IAM transformation.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with deep Microsoft Entra expertise who enjoys combining technical delivery with strategic input. You'll play a key role in maturing an established IAM environment, leading a small team of engineers while driving improvements across identity governance, authentication and automation.

Key experience required

Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra (Entra ID) administration and configuration

Application registrations, SSO, secrets and certificate management

Identity governance and access management

Automation within an IAM environment

Experience mentoring or leading technical teams

Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Experience with SailPoint ISC, CIAM, Azure AD B2C or Entra External ID would be advantageous.
