The role

The HSE Specialist will serve as a critical link between strategic safety objectives and operational execution across our French Logistics Hubs. You will be responsible for fostering a robust safety culture, ensuring strict compliance with French labor laws, and maintaining high safety standards within both our physical facilities and our last-mile delivery operations. This role requires a proactive professional who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes while remaining deeply connected to the daily operations of a fast-paced logistics environment.

What you’ll do

Translate corporate HSE policies into actionable operational plans tailored for distribution centers and delivery hubs.

Lead comprehensive risk assessments (DUERP), conduct internal audits, and perform deep dive incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

Ensure all sites adhere to the French work (Code du Travail) and environmental regulations. Maintain a high level of visibility on the shopfloor, conduct workplace inspections and coach operational leads on hazard identification.

Utilize process management methodologies to optimize safety workflows and elevate the organization’s safety maturity level.

Guide teams through organizational shifts, ensuring HSE standards remain a top priority during periods of growth or transition.
