Are you a SAP SuccessFactors specialist who enjoys getting hands-on with configuration, solving system problems and improving the technology behind HR and Talent processes?
We’re recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to join a large international professional services organisation in Liverpool. Sitting across the IT Services and Talent teams, you’ll act as an important link between technology and the people using it, taking hands-on responsibility for the configuration, support and continued development of SAP SuccessFactors.
Hybrid working, with at least 3 days per week in the Liverpool office
Broad exposure across the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem
Opportunity to work with wider enterprise platforms including ServiceNow and Intapp
Flexible working patterns can be discussed
Design, configure, maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors
Work closely with both IT Services and Talent teams to understand requirements and improve HR technology
Take particular ownership of Employee Central, alongside other SuccessFactors modules
Translate business requirements into effective system configuration
Troubleshoot system issues and manage defects through to resolution
Support testing, upgrades and implementation of new functionality
Maintain HR data integrity and develop reporting solutions
Review system changes and understand their impact on upstream and downstream applications
Support integrations across the HR technology environment
Develop user guides, training materials and supporting documentation
Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience is essential
Experience configuring and administering SuccessFactors, rather than solely using the platform
Experience with at least one additional SuccessFactors module
Recruitment experience across RCM and/or RMK would be particularly valuable
Alternatively, strong LMS or PMGM experience would be relevant
Additional exposure to ECP, Onboarding, Qualtrics, Reports Centre, Cloud Identity Services/IAS, Integration Centre or BTP/CPI would be advantageous
Good understanding of HR/Talent processes, data and reporting
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Ability to work effectively across both technical and Talent/HR stakeholders
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
You don't need to have worked across every SuccessFactors module.
If you're looking for a role where you can take genuine ownership of SuccessFactors while working closely with both IT and Talent teams, we'd like to hear from you.
Our client is an equal opportunity employer. They celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected. We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
