HR Systems Analyst

HR Systems Analyst - Workday Configuration. We are partnering with an established insurance organisation to recruit a hands-on HR Systems Analyst to support and improve its Workday environment, with a particular focus on Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.

Sitting within IT and working closely with HR stakeholders and a Product Owner, you will help resolve an existing backlog of configuration issues and enhancements, improve recruitment processes, and support updates to the organisation's skills framework within Workday HCM.

This role would suit a Workday specialist who enjoys translating business requirements into practical system improvements and has experience supporting a live environment.

Key responsibilities

Review, prioritise and deliver outstanding Workday configuration changes and enhancements.

Improve Talent Acquisition workflows and front-end recruitment processes.

Investigate and resolve configuration issues, including candidate communications and rejection templates.

Update how employee skills are mapped and categorised within Workday.

Support configuration and skills-data requirements associated with the implemented HiredScore AI tool.

Work with HR stakeholders and the Product Owner to clarify requirements, test changes and deliver improvements.

Skills and experience

Hands-on Workday configuration experience, particularly within Workday Recruiting / Talent Acquisition.

Experience supporting, troubleshooting and enhancing a live Workday environment.

A strong understanding of recruitment workflows and HR processes.

The ability to translate business requirements into system changes and manage competing priorities.

Strong communication skills and confidence working across HR and IT teams.

Experience with HiredScore, Workday Skills Cloud or skills and competency frameworks would be advantageous
