We're looking for an experienced People Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of complex people-focused projects within a large, fast-paced organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on managing transformation, organisational change and business-critical projects that have a real impact.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, HR teams and business leaders to ensure people considerations are effectively embedded into key change programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the people aspects of organisational change and transformation projects.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, risks and objectives are effectively managed.
Support and deliver TUPE transfers, restructures and organisational design initiatives.
Lead employee consultation processes and stakeholder engagement activities.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law considerations.
Partner with HR specialists and business leaders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Identify and mitigate people-related risks throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure change programmes are implemented smoothly and in line with business objectives.
About You
Proven experience delivering HR or People projects within a complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of employment law, organisational change and employee relations.
Experience leading TUPE transfers, restructures and consultation processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Strong project management capabilities with a structured and organised approach.
CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
