We're working with a global brand to bring in a HR Optimisation Manager to enhance their EMEA People & Culture function. This is an initial eight week contract as they recruit for the permanent position.

Here's what you'll own

Right-hand to the EMEA CPO, turning strategy into a roadmap, and the roadmap into results

Driving process enhancement across all areas of the HR function

Utilising and implementing efficient AI tools to increase productivity across teams

Driving the P&C EMEA operating model and its continuous improvement agenda

Running key P&C projects start to finish: scope, timeline, stakeholders, outcomes

Building the dashboards and data stories that show the wider people function is supporting the business

What you'll bring to the table

Real, practical AI experience with experience of implementation of AI tools

Solid HRBP experience partnering with senior stakeholders

A fast-learner reputation — high potential, high agility, no hand-holding needed

Sharp data analysis and dashboard skills — detail and "so what," in equal measure

Communication that lands, written and verbal

A project management track record you're proud of
