HR Operations Manager

Robert Walters is partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit an HR Operations Manager based in the City of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone of a growing business. You'll oversee HR operations, systems, reporting, compliance and the employee lifecycle, whilst leading a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement across the function.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop the HR Operations team

Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle administration and HR processes

Manage HR systems, HR data and reporting

Drive process improvement and automation initiatives

Oversee recruitment operations, benefits and compliance

Support employee relations and policy implementation

Deliver people analytics and insights to support business decisions

Partner with stakeholders across the business to enhance the employee experience

About you

Strong HR Operations experience with people management responsibility

Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance

Experience managing HRIS platforms and HR reporting

Proven track record of improving processes and driving change

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
