HR Officer

HR Advisor

Office Based | £30,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team, providing expert support across a range of employee relations and people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters.

Provide HR advice and guidance to managers in line with employment law, policies and procedures.

Support stakeholders across the business, identifying risks and delivering practical solutions.

Assist with HR projects, policy development and organisational initiatives.

Ensure HR records and processes remain compliant with GDPR and current legislation.

Support the resolution of complex HR matters and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

2+ years' Employee Relations experience.

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR experience.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

TUPE and consultation experience desirable.

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
