HR Manager

HR Manager Location: London (3 Days in the Office / 2 Days from Home) Salary: £65,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent | Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join the HR team of a leading law firm in London.

Working as part of a small and supportive team, you'll provide broad HR support with a particular focus on the trainee population. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with employees and senior stakeholders across the full trainee lifecycle, from onboarding through to qualification. Key Responsibilities

Manage the trainee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions and seat rotations.

Support trainee appraisals, performance management and qualification processes.

Provide day-to-day HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle.

Work closely with managers and senior stakeholders on HR matters.

Support HR projects, employee engagement and development initiatives.

Assist with trainee events and other in-person activities.

Ensure HR processes and documentation are managed accurately and confidentially.

About You

Minimum of 3 years' HR experience within a law firm is essential.

Previous experience working with trainees is essential.

CIPD Level 7 qualified or currently working towards the qualification.

Strong understanding of trainee development and the qualification process.

Knowledge of both the LPC and SQE routes to qualification.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised, approachable and confident working in a professional environment.
