HR Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR team, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with business strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic and supportive organisation.
Lead and manage HR operations to meet business needs
Support HR strategy and workforce planning with senior leadership
Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance
Manage complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance
Drive HR projects and contribute to business initiatives
Monitor performance, reporting, and continuous improvement
Support reward, benefits, and job evaluation frameworks
Lead HR input on acquisitions and integration projects
CIPD qualified (MCIPD/FCIPD) or equivalent
Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site environment
Strong knowledge of employee relations, TUPE, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence, build relationships, and drive change
