We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-site hospitality operator to find an ambitious HR Manager to support regional teams across the UK. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact, visible role, working closely with senior leaders to shape culture, drive performance and make a real difference on the ground.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as a trusted partner to operational leaders across multiple sites

Leading complex and high-volume employee relations with confidence

Driving recruitment, talent and workforce planning

Using data to spot trends and improve engagement, retention and performance

Championing a positive, high-energy culture across frontline teams

What We’re Looking For

CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)

Strong background in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

Confident managing complex ER cases

Solid understanding of UK employment law

Commercial, resilient and able to influence at all levels

Full UK driving licence and happy to be out in the field
