What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with managers and leaders to provide expert HR guidance and support.

Leading on employee relations matters, including performance, absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases.

Driving employee engagement, retention and people-focused initiatives.

Building strong relationships across the organisation and embedding a positive people culture.

Supporting and delivering HR projects, policies and strategic initiatives.

Working with leaders to identify talent, succession planning and development opportunities.

Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activity.

Analysing people data and trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

Ensuring HR practices remain compliant, consistent and commercially effective.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR position.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Experience managing complex employee relations cases with confidence and credibility.

Experience supporting a multi-site workforce.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

The ability to influence, challenge and support leaders at all levels.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to work at pace.
