HR Coordinator

HR Generalist, Leeds (Hybrid Working), £35,000 Per Annum

Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a leading international professional services firm to recruit an HR Generalist to join their HR Business Partnering team in Leeds. Supporting employees across several European offices, this is a broad generalist role offering exposure to international HR, employee relations and business partnering within a highly environment.

Main duties include

Providing generalist HR support across UK and European offices.

Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance.

Supporting recruitment and secondments.

Managing parental leave, flexible working and employee lifecycle processes.

Supporting performance reviews, promotions and salary review processes.

Producing HR reports and management information.

Building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to HR projects.

Developing knowledge of employment legislation across multiple European jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have

Previous generalist HR experience, ideally within professional services.

Part or fully CIPD qualified (desirable).

Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
