The role supports major HR systems and operating model change, including the design and implementation of Workday and the transition of HR Shared Services to an offshore model. It partners closely with HR, Finance and Payroll to document processes, manage change requests and ensure effective adoption across UK and Nordic business units.
Client Details
We're supporting a large, complex organisation to recruit an HR Business Analyst into a newly created role, following an internal move. This is a broad, hands-on position supporting significant HR systems and operating model change across the UK and Nordic regions. The role plays a key part in the design and implementation of Workday, supporting business change requests, documenting end-to-end HR processes and working closely with HR, Finance and Payroll colleagues. You'll also support the transition of HR Shared Services to Romania, helping to embed new ways of working and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Description
Supporting the Workday design and implementation phase
Gathering, documenting and translating business requirements into clear process documentation
Supporting HR system change across platforms including PeopleXD, Sympa, Cornerstone and onboarding systems
Partnering with HR, Finance and Payroll Business Analysts to align system and process changes
Supporting shared services transition activity, including process mapping and training
Acting as a strong communicator between stakeholders, HR COEs and system partners
Profile
Proven experience in an HR Business Analyst or HR systems change role
Strong background in HR process design, documentation and system implementation
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, change-heavy environments
A confident self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Previous Workday experience is highly beneficial but not essential
Job Offer
Based in Birmingham City Centre with occasional travel to London, Leeds and Romania
No people management responsibility
£50,000-£60,000
37.5 hours per week
Two-stage interview process (Teams interview followed by a presentation)
