HR Assistant

A multi-site education organisation is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to provide operational HR support across several settings for a one year contract starting in September.

Key Responsibilities

Support employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases and sickness absence.

Attend and coordinate formal and informal HR meetings.

Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers.

Assist with low-level employee relations casework.

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Support HR administration across multiple sites.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.

Liaise with stakeholders to provide efficient HR support services.

Person Specification

Previous experience in an HR support or advisory role.

Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Experience supporting employee relations processes.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
