This business is keen to recruit someone who wants to excel at the day job and then play a key role in several projects coming up. In addition, they need someone who is flexible and adaptable – the business changes quickly in the face of opportunities.

On a day-to-day basis as a HR Advisor you will -

Provide a full generalist HR service to the business

Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers

Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures

Manage a range or ER / HR issues and cases – such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance

Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required

Analyse and compile management information

Identify opportunities for change and improvement

As the HR Advisor you will need to demonstrate strong HR experience of hands on HR and ER advising, within a fast paced environment.
