Rate; Up to £175 (inside IR35/via umbrella)

Duration; 6 week initial contract

Location; Central London (3x weekly onsite)

Sanderson are currently supporting a leading financial services brand to identify a HR Advisor/Administrator to join a busy HR Advisory team on a short term contract. This is a fast paced, admin focused role supporting a team of HR Advisors during a period of high hiring activity.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and issuing offer documentation to new starters

Updating and maintaining employee records on the HR system (Oracle)

Supporting candidates through pre employment screening and onboarding checks

Liaising with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues

Assisting with ad hoc HR administration tasks

Supporting system testing activities where required

About you

Previous HR administration experience is essential

Comfortable speaking with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Confident using HR systems and technology

Oracle experience would be advantageous

Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards
