HR Advisor

HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide support to the HR team.

Day-to-day of the role

Work closely with line managers to provide guidance on Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.

Support investigations into workplace matters, ensuring a fair and consistent process.

Provide advice on employment legislation, contractual terms, and company policies.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Deliver induction programmes for new starters and support organisational change and restructuring activities.

Develop and maintain HR reports to support the HR team and wider business.

Manage and improve HR systems and support system development and implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a complex, commercial environment.

Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Experience with HR systems and producing accurate HR reports.

Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.

CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable or working towards it.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites.
