This HR Advisor role offers the opportunity to support a diverse client base with a wide range of employee relations and employment law matters within a fast-paced HR consultancy environment. Description
Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Assist with employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Analyse and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide practical solutions.
Support learning and development activities within the organisation.
Profile
A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Experience in providing advice on employee relations matters.
Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from £37,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position based in Manchester.
5 days in the office.
