HR Operations Administrator

Reed Further Education are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Administrator to support a busy HR function within an education setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with HR administration experience to contribute to the full employee lifecycle.

Key Details

Pay rate: £25,370 per annum

Hours: Full-time

Contract: FTC or permanent

Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective and efficient HR administration across the full employee lifecycle

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems

Support recruitment processes including advertising roles, onboarding and pre-employment checks

Liaise with staff and managers regarding HR queries via email and phone

Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within deadlines

Carry out audit checks to ensure compliance and data accuracy

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function

Requirements

Previous experience in an HR administration or similar role

Essential: Experience using iTrent HR system

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and HR systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities

Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent)
