As a Talent Acquisition Shared Services Associate, you manage the hiring lifecycle: scheduling, offer letters, background checks, and pre-boarding. You ensure data accuracy and partner with teams to improve customer experience.

What you’ll do

Full Lifecycle Administration: Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including interview scheduling, test administration, and offer letter generation.

Onboarding & Compliance: Facilitate pre-boarding processes, coordinate background checks, and distribute new hire packets to ensure a seamless start.

Data & Systems Management: Maintain high-quality data within the ERP/Hiring tools, ensuring all candidate movement and records are accurate and up-to-date.

Document Governance: Administer digital tools like DocuSign and oversee the archiving and management of all recruitment-related documentation.

Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with HR and TA teams to provide real-time updates, reporting, and documentation support for new hires.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assist with audits, and participate in training to drive operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring

Educational Background & Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, paired with at least 2 years of solid experience in a TA/HR Sh
