As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will take on a key responsibility in managing and overseeing the purchasing activities of an organization, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Support inbound supply chain operations and supplier partnerships to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Create, review, and manage purchase orders while resolving supplier and transportation-related queries

Partner with Forecasting, Procurement, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to support operational requirements

Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve processes

Maintain reports, distribute forecast information, and support invoice reconciliation and data analysis

Ensure data accuracy, report tooling issues, and uphold confidentiality and operational compliance

What you’ll bring

At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems

Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to manage changing business priorities

Language: English
