In this role, you will play a crucial part in the journey of Product Ops Service streams setup and operations in Manila. The primary responsibilities include driving the setup and strategy of Product Ops service packets in Manila, leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational scalability and excellence, and establishing mechanisms for outstanding service quality and customer experience, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Lead the Product Operations Shared Services Setup and Strategy: Drive the end-to-end setup and operationalization of Product Ops service packets in HelloConnect, ensuring alignment with the Global Product team's strategy and business needs.

People Management and Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a large (50+ FTEs), high-performing team of Product Operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, high quality, and customer-centric service delivery. Ensure team organization is in line with the business strategy and long-term vision, and initiate organizational changes when needed.
