Head of Product - £75-£95k - Ellesmere Port - 1 day a week We're looking for an experienced product leader to define and deliver a compelling product vision that aligns with business strategy and customer needs. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, driving innovation, collaboration and the successful delivery of a customer-focused product roadmap. What you'll do

Develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing Product team.

Own and prioritise the product roadmap, ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Operations and other stakeholders.

Use customer insights, market trends and product data to shape product direction and continuous improvement.

Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Build strong relationships across the business, communicating product vision and priorities with clarity and transparency.

Drive continuous optimisation of product processes, delivery and customer outcomes.

What you'll bring Essential

Proven experience leading product strategy and managing the full product lifecycle.

Strong leadership experience, developing and mentoring Product Managers and Product Owners.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Experience using product analytics and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Strong understanding of Agile product development, discovery and continuous delivery.

Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations.

Desirable

Experience within the property, home buying, conveyancing or related sectors.

Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital product innovation.
