Role: Head of Marketing

Location: Raynes Park, London (Hybrid)

Reed Learning is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive business growth through effective lead generation, digital performance and strategic marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to shape marketing strategy, influence senior stakeholders and make a significant impact on the future growth of the business. You'll lead a small marketing team, manage agency partners and be the subject matter expert for marketing across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Developing and delivering the marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences

Owning lead generation performance, marketing ROI and customer acquisition

Leading website optimisation, digital performance and SEO initiatives

Managing external agency relationships and marketing budgets

Launching new products and marketing campaigns

Building meaningful reporting and presenting insights to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders

Coaching and developing a small marketing team while driving high performance and accountability

What we're looking for

Proven experience leading a marketing function and managing people

Strong track record of delivering measurable lead generation and marketing ROI

Experience managing and optimising website performance

Advanced HubSpot knowledge, including reporting, automation and analytics

Experience managing third-party agencies and marketing budgets

Strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and reporting skills

Confidence presenting to senior leadership and influencing stakeholders

A proactive, self-sufficient leader who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Experience within education, training, learning and development, professional qualifications or apprenticeships would be advantageous, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience from other sectors.
