Job Description

We’re looking for a high-performing Head of Green Chef to lead the UK business. Launched in the UK in 2021, following its successful acquisition in the US, Green Chef is a premium, health-focused meal kit brand that has shipped over 15 million meals and is ready for its next phase of growth. In this role, you will own the P&L performance and strategic direction of Green Chef UK, working cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive growth, profitability, and brand performance. Reporting directly to the UK CEO of HelloFresh, you will play a highly visible role in shaping commercial priorities, influencing strategic decisions, and accelerating the next phase of growth for the brand.

What You Will Be Doing

Own the UK Business & P&L – Take ownership of the Green Chef UK P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth, improving profitability, and supporting

Commercial, Product & Growth Strategy Experience – significant demonstrable experience within high-growth, consumer-facing businesses, ideally across D2C, subscription, e-commerce, or digitally led environments.

Strategic & Commercial Acumen – Strong ability to define strategy and translate it into execution, balancing growth with profitability and long-term brand building across product strategy, marketing and operations.

Entrepreneurial Mindset – Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a hands-on approach and a bias for action in fast-paced environments

Executive Influence – Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and drive cross-functional alignment

Operational Excellence – Experience managing complex operations and identifying key levers to improve efficiency, margins, and customer experience

Customer-Centric Thinking – Deep understanding of customer behaviour a
