The Role

The position of Head of Finance & Governance reports directly into the Board providing fantastic autonomy & exposure. The key components of the role will include:

Providing guidance and direction to the Board & Senior Leadership Team

Ownership of financial accounting, governance, risk & compliance

Ownership of financial and strategic planning

Leading on process improvement and change/transformation programmes

Liaising & supporting other key functions - HR, business support, IT/Technology
