Salary: £91,695 - £108,889 plus £5,000 Car Allowance per annum, pro rata

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Development Finance and Analysis to join our team in Manchester!!!
We're looking for someone to lead finance responsibility for major new investment opportunities (organic development, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, major regeneration scheme tenders and other growth routes) providing end-to-end transaction support, with a focus on the Central, North and South West regions.
You'll pro-actively support the Development Finance Director in providing high-level advice and strategic guidance to Group and subsidiary Boards and the Investment Committee on all matters of development finance and investment, deputising for the Development Finance Director as and when required. We'll look to you to liaise with external advisors and colleagues in Development, Treasury, Tax, Company Secretariat, Legal and Finance to ensure major projects are appropriately structured and the impact on the Group's financial position is fully understood.
It is essential that you are a CCAB or equivalent qualified accountant with proven experience in property based investment finance and a thorough understanding of the market. You'll also have a thorough understanding of housing, with demonstrable experience in the financial modelling of complex multi-tenure schemes and the ability to immediately add value in relation to the Group's portfolio.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Manchester. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 day per week.
