About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our expansion in the Italian market.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is eager to manage complex external partnerships and drive user acquisition while maintaining a high-impact, operational mindset across all performance marketing channels. You will join a high-performance team where you will be expected to manage everything from strategic negotiations to technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
Influencer and Affiliates Marketing
Primary focus will be defining, optimising and executing our Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy, ensuring total alignment with our business goals and local market nuances.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Italian Affiliate and Influencer network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimisation.
Conduct data-driven research and analysis to support decision-making and provide the insights needed to scale channel performance. This includes deep dive analysis on acquisition rates, costs, profitability, product penetration and long term retention,
Own the reporting of channel performance, key insights, and strategic plans during weekly and monthly growth steering meetings.
Help define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking, attribution, and payout/budgeting for the Italian market.
Ensure content compliance and internal rules and controls processing.
Growth Marketing
Identify and execute ad-hoc growth initiatives to drive user and revenue growth.
Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners to expand reach and acquire new audiences.
Plan and coordinate offline growth initiatives, including traditional media placements, displays, and event activations.
Lead social media collaborations with key partners to increase brand visibil
