About the role: What's in the Box
You will join our Growth team in Amsterdam as a Growth Marketing Manager, sitting at the heart of how HelloFresh acquires and retains customers across the Benelux region. Your work will directly shape the marketing strategies that bring HelloFresh into more homes, and keep customers coming back.
You will move fluidly between data and execution, turning campaign insights into concrete action and working alongside local and global teams to make it happen. This is a role where your analytical thinking and hands-on drive will have a real, visible impact on the business.
What you'll do: The Recipe
Drive and optimise growth marketing initiatives across channels, covering the full funnel from acquisition through to retention
Analyse campaign and business performance on an ongoing basis, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Build and contribute to business cases that inform budget decisions and support the exploration of new growth opportunities
Design, run, and document structured testing initiatives, across creatives, audiences, and messaging — to improve conversion and optimize campaign costs.
Collaborate closely with the local growth team, creative teams, and global marketing counterparts to develop and iterate on campaigns
Communicate findings and test results clearly in writing, ensuring decisions across the team are well-informed and evidence-based
What you'll bring: The Ingredients
2–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, whether in-house or at an agency
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with data and translate it into clear, practical recommendations
A solid understanding of online marketing channels and how they connect across the digital funnel
The ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment, with a hands-on approach to getting things done
Clear written and verbal communication in both
