Overview We're looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Customer Growth Manager to help scale Reed.ai's customer base and maximise platform engagement. Your mission will be to drive adoption, activation, retention, and advocacy across both candidates and employers, ensuring every customer experiences the full value of the platform and contributes to our growth journey.

Identify growth opportunities and contribute directly to customer acquisition and platform expansion
Capture customer insights and work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to improve the Reed.ai experience

Key Responsibilities
Drive Customer Growth
Proactively identify, engage, and convert opportunities with employer customers, without waiting to be prompted
Support early-stage sales conversations, outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building activity
Help drive platform adoption, activation, and engagement across both employers and candidates
Spot opportunities to increase customer value, improve retention, and turn users into advocates

Own Customer Outcomes
Take ownership of customer relationships, ensuring employers and candidates get value from Reed.ai quickly
Act as a trusted partner to employers, helping them achieve better hiring outcomes through the platform
Guide users through challenges, remove blockers, and resolve issues with pace and care
Bring structure, urgency, and follow-through to every customer interaction
Build, Learn, Improve
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to share customer insights and improve the Reed.ai experience
Identify what is and isn’t working across the customer journey, then take action to improve it
Help shape processes, playbooks, messaging, and ways of working as the business scales
Use data, feedback, and customer conversations to prioritise the activity that will have the biggest impact
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone with a true startup mentality: hungry, proactive, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
Experience in recruitment, sales, customer success, account management, or another fast-paced customer-facing role
A self-directed approach, with the confidence to take initiative and drive work forward with minimal oversight
Strong commercial instincts and a natural willingness to pick up the phone, start conversations, and create opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
High energy, resilience, and comfort working in ambiguity
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to spot issues, act quickly, and keep momentum high
Curiosity about AI, recruitment technology, and how great products create value for customers
A genuine desire to be part of an early-stage business and help shape how it grows
