This is Adyen
Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition.
For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

As we scale our footprint in banking, card issuing, and embedded financial products, the financial risk profiles we manage are significantly higher than traditional payment processing alone. We are leveraging our unique position to build advanced, data-driven risk management capabilities to proactively detect and mitigate platform fraud and commercial risk.
We are looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead and develop a senior team of product managers within Adyen’s Commercial Risk & Platform Fraud group. This is not a standard product role. We need an all-around biztech leader who possesses strong technical instincts but treats the domain like a high-growth business, balancing architecture with a commercial mindset, regulatory strategy, and high-friction cross-functional alignment.
What You'll Do
Drive Commercial Excellence: Formulate and execute a strategic vision that transforms risk mitigation into customer value. Treat these premium, paid capabilities like your own business, balancing pricing strategy, revenue drivers, and costs to ensure responsible growth.
