We are currently working with a well-established, global company based within London who are looking to grow their finance team. They have various different projects that you will be involved in and a very varied role in which will aid your development. They are looking to grow their team through recruiting a Group Accountant.

Responsibilities

As a Group Accountant, you will...

Supporting the preparation of the Group's annual and half-year statutory reporting, working closely with external auditors throughout the reporting process.

Assisting with monthly management reporting, including analysing head office costs and providing meaningful financial insights.

Partnering with divisional finance teams and shared service centres to ensure adherence to Group accounting policies and reporting standards.

Preparing technical accounting papers and providing guidance on complex accounting matters.

Producing financial analysis and supporting senior finance stakeholders with business-critical decision making.

Requirements

As a Group Accountant, you will need...

Qualified Chartered accountant with ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification

Top 10 Accountancy firm trained

Experience with multi-currency, multi jurisdiction IFRS reporting
