We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based in Manchester who are looking for a motivated and people-focused Graduate HR & People Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a genuine graduate role with real responsibility from day one, working within a busy HR function and gaining broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to learning and development, employee relations, and people analytics.

The Role
Supporting the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintaining and updating HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
Assisting with employee relations matters, supporting managers and employees through HR processes
Contributing to learning and development initiatives, coordinating training programmes and tracking completion
Analysing people data and producing reports on key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, absence, and engagement
Supporting with policy development, compliance, and HR projects
Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries, escalating where appropriate
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline. You will be empathetic, organised, and discreet, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people and organisational culture. Strong written communication and attention to detail are essential. Experience with HR systems or data analysis tools is an advantage.
