Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Finance Assistant to join a reputable and growing organisation within the technology and services sector, based on the outskirts of Birmingham.
This role is perfect for a graduate or someone at the beginning of their finance career who is looking to build strong foundations in accounting and finance. Working closely with a highly supportive manager, you’ll receive full training and be gradually introduced to all areas of the finance function, gaining the skills and experience needed to progress into a future Management Accountant role.

Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately
Assisting with bank reconciliations and daily transaction postings
Supporting expenses and payment runs
Helping with month-end processes and reporting activities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Providing general support to the wider finance team
Key Requirements
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Maths, or a related subject is desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Keen interest in building a long-term career within finance and accounting
