About the role

Are you passionate about creating safe environments and thrive in a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a hands-on and resourceful Physical Security and Safety Specialist to be the go-to security person for Germany and surrounding markets — someone ready to build, own, and grow the function alongside us.

What you’ll be doing

Manage day-to-day physical security operations for Germany and surrounding Central European markets, acting as the primary security point of contact for the region.

Handle a broad range of security incidents — coordinating with HR, Legal, and local stakeholders as needed.

Plan and oversee physical security projects, including hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance of access control systems across office and market locations.

Build and maintain relationships with security suppliers and installation contractors, ensuring quality delivery and service continuity.

Collaborate closely with internal teams — Real Estate, HR, Legal, and local General Managers — to proactively identify and address security needs.

Contribute to global security initiatives and help shape scalable security processes for a fast-growing organization.
