HelloFresh is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Lead Incentives & Equity Compensation Partner to take the lead in developing, implementing, and successfully integrating our global compensation programs. We need a standout professional who can think outside conventional frameworks - utilizing deep insights, unlock pay transparency, and establishing strong business partnerships to drive exceptional results. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our rewards structures effectively incentivize and motivate our global workforce.
Reporting directly to the Global Director of Compensation Strategy, this high-impact, visible position is central to aligning our rewards initiatives with HelloFresh’s core pay philosophy, fostering our growth objectives, maintaining market competitiveness, and guaranteeing absolute pay compliance. You will play a foundational role in defining our global rewards strategy and structuring defensible compensation frameworks.
What you’ll do
Strategic Business Partnership: Partner closely with HR teams and business executives across Tech and various global divisions, offering a macro perspective on compensation alongside specialist counsel on localized strategies and pay practices.
Compensation Program Leadership: Spearhead ongoing and upcoming strategic rewards initiatives while contributing to the design and rollout of global programs, including pay equity assessments, annual cycles, job architecture, and key talent retention initiatives.
Analytics and Insights: Deliver advanced data-driven modeling and analytics to guide compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with external market trends and internal equity, particularly when structuring competitive candidate offers.
Process and Tool Innovation: Design and optimize analytical tools, workflows, and dashboard metrics in alignment with global People teams to serve specific business line demands and ensure visibility for leadership and management.
