About the role
Adyen is looking for a Global Event Marketing Manager, Operations & Enablement who will be the driving force behind the efficiency, scalability, and measurement of Adyen’s global event portfolio. This role focuses on centralizing processes, technology and reporting to maximize the productivity of our 22 local event managers and 350+ events and accurately prove event marketing ROI.
What you’ll do
Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the entire event lifecycle (planning, registration, contracting, post-event lead flow) to drive consistency and efficiency.
Own, manage, and optimize the centralized event technology stack, including our event management platform (Cvent) and prebooked meeting platform (Jifflenow).
Ensure seamless integration between event technology tools and core business systems, specifically managing data flow into Marketo (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM) to guarantee data accuracy and sales enablement.
Lead the adoption and best practices for on-site lead capture tools, such as Icapture, ensuring regional teams adhere to standardized data collection protocols.
Be the primary point of contact between the Event Marketing Community and the Demo Tool team. Support the community with onboarding into demos, facilitate knowledge sharing between the event team
