About the Opportunity We are hiring for a Full Stack Software Developer to work for our client, a leading provider of cloud communications, data insights and payment solutions, helping businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences. They specialise in building scalable, secure and innovative platforms that integrate seamlessly with modern communication technologies.
Working with organisations across a wide range of sectors including Automotive, Social Housing, Utilities, Charity and Government, the business is continuing to invest heavily in its product portfolio and technology capabilities.

Role Overview We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with proven experience in building robust web applications and integrating communication APIs, particularly Twilio.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating high-quality software, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Integrate Twilio APIs for voice, messaging and video communication features.
Collaborate with product managers, designers and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
Ensure application performance, security and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the technology stack.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (2+ years preferred).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and React.
Experience integrating Twilio APIs, including Voice, SMS and Video.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Experience working with AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
Experience integrating AI technologies into software solutions.
Knowledge of WebRTC and real-time communications technologies.
Cyber security knowledge and awareness.
Understanding of web application security best practices.
