Our exciting AI product: ELI, developed in partnership with The University of Salford and HF, is set to transform insurance claims handling using advanced technology that leverages HF’s expert legal knowledge. That’s people-powered technology.

We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help accelerate the delivery of ELI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software that meets business and customer needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the insurtech and legal tech space.

What you’ll be doing

As a Full Stack Developer, you will

Develop and deliver custom components and configure platforms to align with business requirements.

Work across front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and security.

Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to the development of our AI-driven product suite, including ELI.

Occasionally engage with clients or internal teams to understand needs and provide technical guidance.

What we’re looking for

Essential Skills

Strong experience in C# for backend/API development.

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with exposure to frameworks such as Angular (front-end) and Node.js (backend).

Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies as needed.

Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Desirable Skills

Awareness of Azure services, particularly Azure AI and how OpenAI integrates within Azure.

Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and APIs.

Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong communication and customer service skills – ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
