About the opportunity
In this role you will supporting the FP&A team and Finance, People and Product stakeholders by building financial and operational models, designing actionable dashboards, and translating planning needs into tool configurations. With a focus on managing the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and governance of the planning and reporting platform, Pigment.
Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and governance of the Pigment planning platform
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Pigment product, success and support teams aligning on feature rollouts, and actively tracking/absorbing technical requirements
Collaborate with the FP&A and Finance BP teams to lead the build and maintenance of financial planning models including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Develop dashboards and reports that provide Finance stakeholders with actionable insights
Work with FP&A and People division to capture workforce planning and actuals reporting needs
Act as a first point of contact for the tool-related queries from Finance and People users
Support the rollout of new modules and features across business areas
Assist in training end users and producing supporting documentation and guides
Co-lead and manage critical data integrations between Pigment and core systems, specifically Workday FIN, Workday HCM, and the Data Warehouse (DWH)
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and model efficiency, including AI-driven configurations
Ownership over internal security controls, managing user roles, permissions, change controls, and model documentation to meet internal audit and regulatory requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar planning platforms
Experience with leading day-to-day maintenance and development of reports, dashboards, models in plannin
