Description

Own and analyse P&L performance, providing clear insight into drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes, ensuring accurate modelling, and strong stakeholder alignment.

Deliver data-driven projections and continuously improving forecast accuracy.

Performance and variance analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.

Support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement through financial modelling, process optimisation, and cross-function collaboration.

Profile

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

FP&A or Business Partnering experience

Proficiency in financial modelling

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.

Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively
