Financial Planning Administrator / Adviser Support

Our client, a well-established national wealth management and financial planning firm, is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator/Adviser Support to join their growing Scottish team.

Role Overview: Financial Planning Administrator to support Advisers with client servicing, new business processing and ongoing administrative tasks within a regulated financial planning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process new business and submit applications to providers

Support client valuations, reviews and policy servicing

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards

Liaise with providers and clients to resolve queries

Assist with quotations, illustrations and Adviser support tasks

About you

Experience in financial services administration (IFA/wealth preferred)

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Good communication and client service skills

Understanding of FCA compliance

Confident using CRM systems
