Based at UK HQ in Battersea
Salary: Basic £40 -55K + bonus and benefits package. DOE
Standard working hours: 9am – 5.30pm but flexibility required due to global nature of the role and business
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Modelling Analyst with valuation analysis experience within a regulated organisation within the infrastructure, energy or banking sector. The ideal candidate will be an financial modelling analyst seeking to further develop their skill set within a global organisation.
Responsibilities
This is a varied hands on role where you will understand the companies balance sheets and P&L (profit and loss) and general financial status and wellbeing of the companies’ in the portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Head of International Business and regional directors duties will include but not be limited to:
Financial modelling of companies – flagging up discrepancies and communicating information to communication information to directors and senior management team.
Responsible for preparation of analysis of business performance of the portfolio of companies.
The financial modelling analyst will work across all 3 regions (Australia & NZ, Canada & Europe and UK) modelling, creating presentations and DBO (Digital Business Optimiser) analysis.
Responsible for ffinancial analysis and VALUATIONS (like DCF, IRR etc.)
Report writing
Creating monthly presentations for HQ in Hong Kong
Creating quarterly and annual presentations for stakeholders
Working as part of the team responsible for managing their portfolio of companies and look after the assets to be involved in some with some acquisitions and merges

Person specification
5 + years’ experience of building and maintaining financial modelling
A background in infrastructure, energy or banking sector (buying/valuation side of banking) is required.
Must possess experience within regulated organization and worked with companies with a regulated background
Hold a degree and / or relevant work experience, in particular building financial models for M&A analyst.
Must have valuation analysis experience (with focus on financial modelling for companies
Financial analysis and valuation (like DCF, IRR etc)
Report writing experience
Must be able to conduct and understand end of month reports and cash flow.
Experience working for a global organisation and working in an international environment is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills
High degree of integrity and confidentiality essential
Keen to further develop skill set within a global organisation
