Financial Accountant

Role

Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Financial Accountant to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for the following duties:

Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, reconciliations and general ledger postings.

Manage cash transactions, bank reconciliations, expenses and company credit cards.

Oversee sales invoicing and support credit control and cash collection.

Prepare VAT and WHT returns.

Support monthly management accounts, including contract asset and liability accounting.

Assist with forecasting, budgeting and commercial reporting, including backlog and pipeline reporting.

Support year-end reporting, statutory audits and ad hoc financial analysis.

Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and reporting.

Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial information.

Profile

The successful, temporary Financial Accountant will be qualified.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits

This temporary Financial Accountant role will be paying circa £300-£350 per day via an umbrella company, dependant on experience.
