This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join a thriving organisation and be exposed to great progression opportunities. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting the Accounting & Finance department with key projects.

Our client boast an incredible working culture - many employees having been there over 10 years and longer. They have a global reach and fantastic name within their field. Due to continued growth they're looking for a Financial Accountant to join their award winning finance team.
Description
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with relevant standards.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Assist in audits by providing required documentation and responding to queries.
Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external tax advisors as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
Contribute to process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACCA/ACA).
Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis within a similar industry.
Previous experience working with IFRS, US GAAP etc.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Job Offer
