Finance Transformation Analyst (12-Month FTC) Solihull | Hybrid Working | Competitive Package

We are partnering with a forward-thinking organisation seeking a Finance Transformation & Systems Lead to support the delivery of strategic finance initiatives on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

This is a high-profile role, reporting to the Head of Finance Systems and Change, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements across finance systems, processes, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support finance transformation and process improvement projects from planning through to delivery

Identify and implement optimisation opportunities across finance systems and workflows

Engage and influence stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the wider business

Support UAT and pre-production testing for key finance initiatives

Strengthen financial controls, governance, and access management processes

Analyse end-to-end data flows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Contribute to the successful delivery of ongoing and future change programmes

About You

5+ years experience

Strong background in finance transformation, audit, and controls

Advanced Excel skills with a strong analytical mindset

Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders

Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
