Experience supporting business-critical systems within a finance environment.

A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate issues and identify effective solutions.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive approach to continuous improvement, process optimisation, and delivering a high-quality user experience.
