In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting and maintaining the company's day-to-day financial operations by ensuring accurate pre-accounting processes, invoice management, expense tracking, and financial data preparation. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to build efficient financial workflows, maintain organized records, and help create a strong operational foundation that supports business growth and financial accuracy.

What you’ll do

Pre-Accounting & Invoice Management: Take ownership of gathering, sorting, and verifying incoming invoices, receipts, and financial documents to ensure they are complete and compliant before booking.

Spend Management Support: Assist in managing digital expense tools and corporate cards (e.g., Moss), ensuring employees submit receipts correctly and expenses are properly categorized.

Data Preparation & Entry: Accurately digitize and prepare financial records for the month-end closing process, acting as the reliable first line of defense against missing data.

Basic Reconciliations: Perform preliminary matching of invoices to purchase orders and bank transactions, flagging any missing documents or discrepancies to the Finance Manager.
