We are looking for a highly organised Finance Operations Coordinator to join a busy head office.

This is a varied role combining finance, administration and operational support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Professional administrative support

Manage and support key education systems

Support procurement

Processing invoices

Raising purchase orders and invoice administration.

Coordinate Trust policies and statutory requests

Administer staff absence

Insurance claims and maintain accurate records.

Organise Trust meetings, training events and governance activities.

Provide day-to-day office administration, including reception, post and filing.

Person spec

· Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.

· Is confident using Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems.

· Has strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

· Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Has previous school or education administration experience (desirable).
